New tile work is where material selection matters most. We walk you through profile, weight, colour and the underlayment beneath it, and we build the system as an assembly: deck, membrane, metal, tile. Nothing on the roof is chosen because it was the cheapest thing on the truck.
Tile profile, tile weight, the underlayment beneath it and the metal at every transition all have to agree with each other and with the structure carrying them. We walk you through those decisions in plain language and specify by name, so you know exactly what is going on your house and why.

Do you need this
When new tile is the right call
Not every roof needs a new surface. If your existing tile is sound, we will tell you and quote the underlayment instead.
Widespread tile breakage
When a large share of the field tile is cracked or delaminating, re-setting it costs more in replacements than a new surface does.
Discontinued profile
If the tile cannot be matched, patchwork repairs will always look like patchwork. A new field solves the appearance and the waterproofing together.
Changing the roof surface
Moving from shingle to tile, or changing profile and colour, is a whole-system decision — structure, weight and detailing all change with it.
New construction or addition
New builds and additions get the same treatment as replacements: full assembly, named materials, owner on site.

Intake and exhaust checked as part of the system, because a hot attic shortens the life of everything above it.

Free inspection
The owner walks your roof, photographs what he finds, and shows you the condition of the layer under the tile — not just the surface.

Written scope and materials
You get a detailed report with photos, the system we recommend, the materials by name, and the price. Financing options if you want them.

Build
Tear-off, deck and flashing corrections, then the new system installed to manufacturer spec. Site cleaned at the end of every day.

Final walkthrough
We walk the finished roof with you, hand over photo documentation and the manufacturer warranty paperwork, and magnet-sweep the property.

About new tile roofing
Concrete or clay?
Concrete covers most East Valley homes on cost and availability; clay holds colour longer and reads differently in the light. We go through both with you against your structure and your budget at inspection.
Can my house carry tile if it has shingles now?
Sometimes, and sometimes it needs structural review first. That gets checked before it is ever quoted — we will not sell a tile roof onto a structure that has not been assessed.
How long does a new tile roof last?
The tile itself lasts decades. The waterproofing beneath it is the service-life clock, which is why we specify that layer as carefully as the tile.
